12/12-30 DC-DC charger , low output current

I changed almost every setting to try and get my victron to charger faster. Whatever I change I can’t seen to get the output higher than 113W ? (This is what is shown on my Bluetti) At 30 amp output shouldn’t it be over 400W ?

You are charging a Bluetti with a 12/12? Where are you putting the output? Are you going into the MPPT XT60 or the 12V barrel connector? Have you checked out the Bluetti Charger 1 alternator charger?

What unit do you have? You may only be getting 10A of charge into the barrel socket. I have seen people use the 12/24 10 ot 15 into the MPPT XT60 socket for charging.

I have the bluetti AC240. I specifically purchased this unit because of the 12vdc 30A output to use in our camper van. ( which is not even close to handle 30A even for short periods) My dc-dc 12/12-30 output Is connected to the PV input. Which stated in the bluetti manual is capable of handling 1200W continuous. ( hopefully this is not another disappointment from bluetti) I have read through a number of similar posts and almost all of them mention to confirm good connections and measure for voltage drop along the way. This I will do this weekend. There is a lot of settings in the victron that are not even discussed that I would like to confirm are on the right settings. I have the ford transit with the smart alternator. The victron input is connected to the CCP. Thanks.

I would sell the 12/12 and get the Victron 12V to 48V Orion-Tr 12/48-8A (380W) Isolated DC-DC Converter ORI12483811.

It can take up to 60V at 21A. Putting 12V into the MPPT should get you 12V x 21A, which is 252W, but you are not seeing that, so it might also be current-limited at the lower voltage. Here is a video where they are using a 12/24.

The only other option to get a good charge is to buy the Bluetti Charger 1 it’s their universal MPPT charger up to 560W.
