When Spanisch grid is active sometimes low battery, inverter down

We have a Multiplus 10,000, combined with a BYD LVSS 8.0 box, in an on-grid situation, with ESS active.
The system runs fantastically, even under high load.
There’s a problem: when the (Spanish) grid is switched on, we regularly receive “low battery” messages.
The inverter LED goes out, but Main remains on.
When the grid is switched off, the inverter immediately turns back on.
We see a current dip of 139 V on the ACIN!
Are there any other settings we can adjust in the VE configuration besides the weak AC parameter?
With such a dip in the grid, the batteries should be able to easily absorb the dip, and the inverter should remain active.
Please advise.

When sizing for a bad grid you need to size for off grid requirements.
Your battery is too small by byd requirements (see the compatibility section for byd) for your setup.
The grid brown-out is too much for the pack.
