Hello, I have a Victron Quattro 5000/12 connected to 7 Mppts, 4x280 Ah Lithium Batteries, Cerbo on a Catamaran. When I try to connect Shorepower it shows the 230 V coming in and that the connection is interrupted. We do not often have shorepower as we tend to stay on anchor. Last year the problem started with sometimes showing strange frequencies for the shorepower, then it stopped working altogether. First I tried a brand new cable with new plugs, but still the same. Then I had a friend who is a electrician at Siemens to measure the electric connections from Shorepower to the Quattro and it all seems okay. So it can only be faulty settings in the config or a fault with the Quattro. I will try to add the screenshots from VEConfig as soon as I find out how.
Are there any obvious reasons for the Quattro for not accepting mains?
Thanks for the reply. I switched the UPS Funktion off. Here are the Virtual switch settings. I can test it in a few says as we are not in a port right now.
Had to reconnect the old charger and at the end of my wits. Anybody know of a victron Specialist around Athens in Greece i can Bring the quattro to to Check?
Voltage at the input terminals is the same when I measure at the terminals. My multimeter does not let me measure frequency.
Right now I disconnected the line to the input terminals and use this line to power my old quick charger and everything is fine.
