Some more details and history would be helpful. Little to go on here.

So when I go to victron connect it connects to curb gx and then to arm online portal. When portal connects, the ‘last updated’ lists 13 days ago and I am unable to get any real time data. It does the same with remote console- it states connecting but does not connect. it states 'failed to set up a connection to the gx device.
Can you connect to venus.local on your local network? - this will open the console.
Remotely you don’t need to use the app you can connect directly to vrm.victronenergy.com - if this is not updating then you have network issues, try rebooting the GX.
When you access the console locally, you can go to settings vrm portal, it will report when last it contacted.
Where you have unreliable internet, you should set the reboot after x minutes of lost contact to allow the system to automatically reconnect.
thank you! Is there a way to automatically connect to my service provider if disconnected? Modem is connected energized by ac and when I switch from inverter to charger or vice versa, my connection obviously dies. Computers will automatically reconnect. Not seeing an auto connect with victron.
