And also to clarify, if someone is looking for this info, Victron only supports its own grid meters as a grid meters, means the VM3 and the CarloGavazzi that are being sold through Victron. Everything else needs to be implemented as a virtual device through NodeRed

Yes, it was partially a reading comprehension issue. I read that the Pro 3EM was compatible and did not catch on that its not the same as the 3EM. The other bit about victron only supporting their own meters i only found after creating the thread…

Quick update here: I found when I add the Shelly devices by IP adress that e.g. my Shelly Plus RGBW PM is constantly available in the UI. Before that (through mDNS discovery) it would get ‘lost’ every now and then. At least the last 48 hours it was “always on”.

Yea. Known firmware bug with some shelly devices.
