When disabling relay in gui-v2 the item Relay is removed from menu
used Gui-V1 to make it visible again.
(tested on Cerbo GX , no scripts, no mods, no Hardware)
additional testresults for this issue on BeagleBoneBlack: V3.70~25 o.k., V3.70~32 fail, V3.70~49 fail
in V3.66 disabling relays was not implemented
@mpvader bug still persist in V3.70~54
