Using small generator with parallel systems

I don’t understand why Victron does not clarify that. I had the same question, off-grid installation, 2 multiplus II in parallel and one generator. I am going to apply your solution:

  • Connect generator to both multiplus.
  • Divide by 2 the ac input current limit in configuration.

I have read that only the master inverter should be connected to the generator but… I can not find any official doc saying that.. so. I ‘ll take your solution. Thanks

I think you may have misunderstood, I do not have my generator connected to both multiplus’. my two multiplus’ are connected to each other. My generator is connected to one of the multipluses. What I showed you was software settings.
