The Quattro returned from RMA, and guess what? It’s all good! The internal cabling was reconnected, and there were no direct faults found. There’s a slight suspicion that the solar controller might have been the culprit, but I’m not sure how to explain that.
Anyway, I put the Quattro back into service, and it’s running smoothly without any issues. The wiring connections are the same as before, except I increased it to 50mmSq cable (still Orange with Red/Black Heat-shrink ends to identify polarities

Oh, and I also upgraded to a smart shunt, and it seems to be working great! It’s measuring the voltages and currents accurately.
