Can anyone help please, I would like to know:
Will the Smart 12 200 restart after a low voltage shutdown if it sees power on the alternator port?
Also I can not see anywhere the current usage in various states so I can calculate how long the system will have after low voltage shutdown before it becomes terminally damaged from the off state draw of the BMS it self.
Also I can’t find specs on the off state draw of a 3kva Multi II. One system design is to have the multi connected to the battery with the allow to charge and allow to discharge signals wired through to it from the smart 12 200 and reserve the system+ port for the dc loads and Solar charge controller. I am aware I need to be able to restart the system after a low voltage bms shutdown. Of course the multi/bmv can impose an early shutdown of AC and other loads if desired. That simple for me but the off state draw of each of the components and the best way to configure the system to minimise the effect of off state draw while retaining the capacity to restart after a bms shutdown is where I would like some more clarity.
Any knowledge on the topic appreciated.
