Hi crew,
I’m wondering if I have both shutdown on SOC and dynamic cut off enabled will it choose which ever comes first? Or can I safely just turn off shutdown on voltage and use SOC only?
Hi crew,
I’m wondering if I have both shutdown on SOC and dynamic cut off enabled will it choose which ever comes first? Or can I safely just turn off shutdown on voltage and use SOC only?
Is that the Multi RS?
What ever comes first.
And the choice is dependent on what measures SOC and if it is accurate if you choose one or the other or both.
Yep. The RS48/6000
The batteries in the system are quite long I the tooth and possibly on their way out. I’ve set the shutdown voltage to 48v on Dynamic and had a shutdown the other night with the batteries reading 93% SOC
I’m not sure what voltage to set these batteries at to avoid nuisance alarms. From what I know the original system he had before upgrading wasn’t alarming even with higher shutdown voltages set. This is why I’m wanting to use SOC instead but it doesn’t give me the option to turn off voltage settings.
For context here are the DOD voltages for this particular battery
