I will use an MPPT 100 | 50 together with a VE.Drirect non inverting remote on-off cable.

I assume, the Interface-Box included in this cable uses the RX Pin of the VE Direct to control ON/OFF

My Question: “Will it be possible to use the TX-Pin of the VE-Direct to implement a virtual at the same time ?”

I guess you mean a virtual load output? In theory, yes. But i have not tried it myself and you would need to make an adapter cable, splitting Rx and Tx onto two VE.direct plugs, or find some other way to combine the two adapters onto one plug
