Properly Grounding Orion XS in a Four Wheel Camper

I’ve seen this asked here before but want verification, as I’m getting conflicting information elsewhere.

I have a Four Wheel Camper, a slide-in truck camper. It has a lithium battery installed by a previous owner, but no dcdc charger. I installed the Orion XS, and wired my truck to charge the camper. Here’s my setup:

4awg cable from truck negative and positive to an Anderson plug in the bed of the truck. Positive cable is fused, right next to the battery, with a 60amp breaker.

Anderson connector on the camper side has 4awg wire. Positive runs to the camper battery, with a 60amp fuse near the battery.

My problem is interpreting what the Victron diagram is telling me to do for negatives.

Where to run the camper battery negative?

Where to run the negative cable coming off the Anderson connector (which is connected to the truck negative battery terminal on the other end)?

Where to run the Orion XS GND?

I currently have all three of those run to the camper negative bus bar. I’m getting conflicting info on whether or not that’s correct.

Any advice?

I wanted to keep this simple and not run it through my camper’s power station/fuse box. So the the positive wire from my truck runs straight to the camper battery (and through a dedicated fuse).

Run both the negative from the starting battery and the house battery to the Orion negative. Use a terminal stud or buss bar. Don’t try to double them up in the Orion terminal. House battery should still have ground to chassis. There should be no reason to run it through your power station.

Cool, thank you. To be sure I’m clear:

I’m going to install a new bus bar. I’m going to run the negative cable from the truck battery to this bus bar. I’m also going to run the camper battery to this bus bar. Then I’m going to run the Orion GND to this bus bar.

This new bus bar is not grounded to the camper chassis, correct? The fact that the truck battery negative is connected to it means it’s grounded to the truck chassis?

And you’re saying to keep the stock wire that runs from the camper battery to the pre-existing camper negative bus bar? So there will be two wires running from the camper battery negative - one to the newly installed negative bus bar which grounds back at the truck battery, and another to the original/pre-existing camper negative bus bar that grounds to the camper chassis?

This is correct.

Also correct. Main point is this. Both batteries have there respective chassis grounds and both connect to the Orion ground.
