Phoenix 1200VA 12-Volt 120V RV setup

I’m thinking about a Phoenix 1200VA 12-Volt 120V to run my small residential fridge in our RV (145w max for the defroster).

I also want to use it for our microwave (1350w) and our toaster oven (1400w) for about 5 min at a time.

This will mainly be used while in transit between campgrounds and batteries charged daily by onboard generator.

Do you think this will work for us?

Here’s what I plan to get:
. Phoenix 1200VA 12-Volt 120V
. VE.Direct Smart Dongle (Bluetooth)
. BMV-712 Smart Battery Monitor with Shunt
. 2x 12v300ah LiFePO4 battery w/Bluetooth (600ah total)

Comments, recommendations?

Thanks, Phil

No, a 1200va unit delivers maximum 1000w.

Too small for microwave and oven.

But your battery size is a good choice.

Why would you want the smart dongle, better buy a mk3?

So the only other larger inverter they have is a 12/3000 120vac?
All the other inverters are 230vac?

Leaving the only other option is to get an inverter/charger for about the same price or less expensive? Like the MultiPlus 12/2000?
