When i set the bulk restart voltage offset in the Victron Connect app, it shows the resulting bulk restart voltage level. I believe this the float or storage voltage minus the offset at the time. In my case with the offset set to 0.1volts, Float set to 13.35 and storage at 13.3v, however the app shows it 12.95v, not the 13.25v i’d expect (13.35-.1). where is this value coming from? Absorption is set to 14.35v and actual input voltage is 14.2V if those figures are relevant.
The result is I’m not getting back into bulk charge and staying in absorption despite the battery voltage at 13.2 and 50% charged.
