No solar voltage

Ive a MPPT which was professionally installed in my camper (as was all the electrics, solar panel etc). The MPPT is powered but is receiving just 0.01v from the solar despite bright sunshine on the panels.

Checking the history in the app and my movement on Google Maps, the solar voltage dropped to 0 at the exact time I started the engine of the van, 20 mins after driving in torrential rain. The DC to DC charger also seems to have stopped working but can’t say when.

The solar hasn’t read above 0.01v since then. I did install a smartshunt 2 days before the solar stopped producing power, not sure if there’s any wiring issue here but I doubt it.

I’m just looking for advice on how to start trouble shooting. Thanks.

Check all connections, including each MC4 connection on the roof. You most likely just have a loose or poor connection.

Would first take a multimeter and measure at the MPPTs clamps what the voltage actually is. If 0, disconnect the panels and measure their open circuit voltage.

Then you know in which direction you have to continue looking: Is the MPPT continiously shorting PV, pulling down voltage to 0, or are the panels / wiring not applying any voltage at all?
