New Project Owner with many Victron components and want to add a separated windlass system

I have a 1990 Grady white 252G Sailfish. I have been a mechanic for a long time but never really dealt with solar stuff. I am still evaluating everything on the boat but I drew up some quick drawings of what is where on the boat. I need to wire in a new windlass and will be going overboard and want to do a separate battery for it, charging like the smart chargers on the engine ones but not to sure where to connect what to the existing components. I attached the rough drawing schematics and what I have for components for windlass hook up, just not sure what option(s) would be the best way to hook it up.

It is a 600W Excalibur Horizontal windlass. Two 14 or 16g wires off of it into the anchor well. I have two foot pedals (smaller wires) I want to add to the deck by the windlass. I want a toggle added at the helm. I want a separate battery for it with a charging system like the smart chargers on the engine batteries. I want an additional shut off switch for that battery. length from bow to helm dash about 10ft. I have 6 gauge wire. Please help with options I could do, which components I need and where I should connect it to. The boat does have a shore power hookup and I have a hookup wired at my home to keep everything charged.
