The boat is a Najad 460 sailboat from 2007
24V house battery system upgrade
Prior to the upgrade, the boat was running with factory fitted electrical system based on Mastervolt ecosystem. After a well deserved retirement, the owner decided to prepare the boat for long voyages around the Med. The 16 year old house battery system was completely upgraded with Victron components. 6 pieces of 120 Ah flooded lead-acid batteries were replaced with 2 Smart Lithium 25,6/200Ah. 3 pcs Viessmann 445 Wp solar panels replaced the smokey one cylinder genset.
