My 2024 NuCamp TAB 400 with MultiPlus 12-3000-120-50-120v and 400 amps of batteries under performing

My 2024 NuCamp Tab 400 with MultiPlus 12-3000-120-50-120v and 400 amps of BattleBorn batteries with SmartShunt 500A/50mV is under performing. At various SOC above 50% the system will run the Alde heating system at 950 W without shore power, no problem. However, as soon as I tell Alde to heat faster by toggling from 1kW to 2kW the MultiPlus will kick off and present a " Low Battery " notification. The above will occur at all SOC with shore power disconnected. So please help me with what is going on !

Will need to see the setting for the low-voltage alarm in ve configure. 400ah is pretty small for a 3000va inverter. It’s likely you have a high-resistance fuse that is causing a voltage drop or cables that are too small. You will need to check if you have 95mm cables. Assuming you have parallel 100ah batteries, it is possible you have not paralleled them correctly and have the output from a single battery instead of the positive from the first battery and the negative from the last battery.

Owen thanks for your help - Yes the ve configure - please give me a hint how to access same. I will be pulling up the bed to check the NuCamp factory battery install and wire size and do some voltage drops - also will send pics. Again thanks - oh, I can not help it - any relation to Pete ?
