Dear support, my system is: Grid parallel system with Multiplus-II 48/3000 35-32 230V (MP-II), connected to 3 x Pylon 2.4Kwh with 4 x 240W solar panels MPPT controller, managed by a Cerbro GX, system viewed using 7"GX display. The AC input is monitored using the Victron current transformer. All devices are on the latest firmware, uploaded using the VRM on the 17/01/25.
Device List on the display shows the Pylon batteries with full voltage of about 53volts.
After the ESS was uploaded the MP-II low voltage led illuminated and remains on.
Could a wrong setting in the ESS cause this problem?

Hi and welcome!
Just to set the right expectation, this isn’t a support site.
This is a community that tries to advise via our shared experiences.
Have a dig around with the search feature as well, often questions have been asked before. There is a full pylon/victron setup guide available online which has all the steps needed to configure an ESS.
Hope you come right.
Dear Nick
Thank you for taking the time to reply, I’ve read through the ‘guide’ you sent and have seen I’ve got some setting adjustments to make.
Kind Regards
Steve
Cool, make the changes. Any questions, or if it comes right, please report back.
Hello Ayoub,
My issue is with the Multiplus II (red led) showing ‘low voltage’ not the Cerbro GX. The problem is still outstanding due to no access to the system, I will be looking at the issue again soon, will let you know if there are parallels between your fault and mine.
