Mppt250/100 no carga; Voltaje baterías diferente

Hola

Do you have any fuses between the mppt and the battery? If you do check them.

The fuse and DC protections are good, do you have any other ideas what could be wrong?

Thanks

If you disconnect the (solar first) mppt connection to the battery does anything change?

Have you verified it with a digital meter?

One of the checks is to make sure what is being shown in software is the same as a physical reading. If it fails that then it is faulty.

I can’t be sure because I’m not at the installation right now, but I’ve noticed that the Quatro and the BMS are measuring the same, while the MPPT is measuring 4.4V higher.

How was this verified then?

A physical verification is definitely needed unfortunately. Nothing can be done remotely to troubleshoot (only see there is a problem as you have noted)

The Owner verified it. I have to trust him

Trust is different to scientific method. Why i ask is sometimes with a fuse a look is not enough it needs to be actually tested with a meter.

I will be keen to hear the findings of your representative.

Further testing is outlined in the pre rma form.
