I can’t be sure because I’m not at the installation right now, but I’ve noticed that the Quatro and the BMS are measuring the same, while the MPPT is measuring 4.4V higher.
A physical verification is definitely needed unfortunately. Nothing can be done remotely to troubleshoot (only see there is a problem as you have noted)
I’m sharing the diagnosis and solution to the problem so the entire Victron community can access the information and my experience.
I finally managed to schedule a day for the owner to carry out the checks you indicated, with my remote assistance.
When removing the cabinet covers to check the fuses and measure the battery voltage on the SMART SOLAR, we observed that one of the negative battery cable terminals had overheated.
Once the connections were corrected and all the battery and panel wiring was checked, the Smart Solar is working correctly.
You were absolutely right, @lxonline! “A physical verification is definitely needed.”
