Modes of operation when there is no need

Congratulations.

I want to ask this.
I must say that my system is implemented in order to maintain the electricity supply to the apartment during blackouts. Outages happen often - for example, 2-3 times a day.
Now the situation is such that when the heat ends, blackouts occur less often. We expect that they will not be there in October-November - but they will start even harder in December, when the cold starts.

When there will be no outages temporarily, in what state is it better to keep the system? And especially batteries. Please recommend.

A Little more information about your system, particularly the batteries would help.

In general, Lead Acid batteries should be kept fully charged, Lithium batteries between 25% and 50% - though this can vary. If your power is so unreliable, it may be best to keep the system active all the time, and make sure that the battery float voltage is set appropriately.
