Leaving the system off for winter

Hi all

I have following set up:

1 Victron Multiplus II 48/5000
1 Cerbo GX
1 GX Touch
1 Victron Smartsolar MPPT 150/60
4 x Pylontech US3000C
4 x 435 W Longi solar panels (on the roof)

The system is installed in a chalet at altitude where the temperature drops up to -20 degrees. The chalet is inaccessible in winter for 6 months.

The solar panels were dismantled on the roof (plug and play system) for reasons of snow weight and the are stored in the chalet.

The batteries were charged to 100%, then disconnected and stored in my garage at 10 degrees for 6 months.

The MPPT and the Multiplus are still in the chalet and are indeed not powered during 6 months.

The question is quite simple:

Does the specific parameterization (2024) carried out during the installation remain in the MPPT and the Multiplus during 6 months ? or do I have to set the system (specific parameterization Victron for Pylontech) again when I am going to put the batteries into service again?

The memories are ‘non-volatile’ and if you buy a multi or mppt somewhere, there are also parameters in it that are held

But remember that the capacitors are all discharged for recommissioning … it is best to ‘precharge’ them with a resistor or ‘it just bangs very briefly’
