Issues blowing dock pedestal 30amp fuse on multiple marinas

Hello

I have multiplus 2 12/3000/120. Has worked plugged into multiple marinas and boatyards. Last marina was very old and once plugged in, watts would start around 1800 only then gradually go to around 500watts then pop the breaker. I would also get a revers polarity light on my ac but not on the elci. My system runs shore power to galvanic isolator to elci to multiplus to ac distribution panel.

The marina I’m currently in has gfci fuses on the pedestal. Worked just fine the first two days then another boat plugged into the pedestal and it popped my breaker. I read up on it and was informed by reading online that it dealt with a “conflict over the neutral-ground bond.” So, I waited until the boat left dock and plugged back in but it continue to pop the breaker. I tried a Power Up Sequence which worked for about 30 min then blew the fuse. Tried it a second time and it shut down the multiplus 2 completely to where I had to cut the batteries off, wait a few minutes then repower. I believe it is the inverter since It was the only thing running wattage (I decreased the input current to 15watts). No error codes, no loose wiring, all wiring/components new.

I also read something about a “Peninsular Effect” or "Tingle Filter?”

I read that I have two options. Purchase either a B Stop or a isolation transformer which I don’t have the room for.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
