Hello,

I need assistance with repairing a Victron Phoenix 12/375 inverter. The unit is currently with a technician for diagnostics, and to perform a correct repair we need the electrical schematic (circuit diagram) and, if possible, a parts list / component values so the technician can identify the burned/damaged components and select accurate replacements (MOSFETs/IGBTs, drivers, resistors, diodes, protection parts, etc.).

Could you please provide, if available:

  • the schematic diagram for the Phoenix 12/375 (the exact revision/model),

  • BOM / parts list or at least key component values,

  • PCB layout / board reference designators or any service documentation.

@300300 Similar questions has been raised on occasion and these diagrams etc. are not available in the public domain for obvious reasons. Look for a Victron dealer or sales manager that covers your region and maybe able to source a spare part if one is available for your inverter. Contact - Victron Energy
