I have a 100 watt panel that is reading 22.5 volts. Is it still possible for the panel to be bad?

I am using MPPT 75/15 controller and it will not charge

You’ll need to provide more info for anybody to help you.

What’s the Voc of the panel ?
What’s the voltage and type of battery you’re trying to charge ?

Voc - 24.3 as per tag on back of panel
MB107-85 sealed AGM battery 85 ah - 2 batteries 12 volt

You need to test the panels ability to deliver current.
Test a solar panel.

I tested the current and voltage in full sunlight: 5.5 amps,22.5 volts.
I think it might be the MPPT that is not letting the charge voltage work. I let the batteries run down on purpose to 11 volts to test and the controller is in float. Then a few days later the battery was 10.4 and the controller is still in float. The batteries charge up on small battery charger just fine. I have double checked my polarity and all my wiring connections???

You have checked the fuse in the bottom of the mppt?

I believe I did check that fuse, but I will double check! Thanks

What does the app say?
What are your battery settings?
