Love the virtual switches for our RV. I’d like to suggest a feature to optionally unlink an input value from an output response when sending values to a VS.
I do a bit of load shed automation and controls with the 3 way switches using a Function node. With 2 or more sources of control, sending updates to the VS to match a change in another source triggers a response from the VS back to the logic that just sent those updates, often with unintended results.
Maybe an optional no-response value sent along with an update message, or a message ID? This would make it possible to differentiate a person touching a control from a logic msg changing a setting.
