EV Charger compatibilty

Please confirm if EV charger can be used to charge a 48 V 200 Ah Golf Cart battery?
Thank you

It cant… its not a low voltage charger

Any suggestion/s on which Victron product should be used to charge 48 V 200 Ah Golf Cart battery if EV charger cannot be used?

What charger are you currently charging it with? You can connect a standard ET112/ET340 and assign it the role of EV charger. This will show it as a charger in your statistics even though it will actually be a regular 230/400V socket.

Are you just looking for a standalone charger or do you already have a victron system and want to integrate it?

Currently the Golf Cart is using Lead Acid batteries and Standard 25 A Standalone Golf Cart charger
The idea is to swop out Lead Acid batteries with LION and use a Victron 48 V charger to charge new Lithium batteries

Hi Mac - just looking for a standalone Victron 48 V charger that can charge LION 48 V 200 Ah batteries (no integration required with other Victron system/s)

Only the skylla TG does 48V but i don’t think it supports lithium batteries. The inverter/chargers could be used just to charge in a pinch.

Best to consult a victron dealer for the options and caveats when using them as chargers.
