I did not need charge-discharge buttons for the summer time.
Now I went to the remote in vrm searching for charge discharge modes in DESS as I needed to charge the battery - planned maintenance on my street for hours. They were in VRM options before and disappeared at some point.
The horror is that the charge /discharge modes disappeared from remote view now.
How am I supposed to charge/discharge my batteries form/to grid now?
Did they disappeared only for me?
I mis them to. It’s better to put them back. Otherwise I missed all the other futures from the new version.

So I have to stop update from now on to have this simple way to charge when needed.
Horrible. I was thinking update means going forward, not deleting useful functions.
Not being able to charge before a storm, planned maintenance or discharge before negative prices… this would be a deal breaker for me on buying a Victron device in the future.
You could just turn DESS off and use the scheduled charge option under the ESS menu.

It’s more easy to make a flow on Node Red to Buy or Sell instead to use the scheduler.
