Got some more times of this happening:
Grid meter has been lost
Unplug and replug the USB , back to normal
Also got a video of when its working/not working of the RS485-USB (Victron cable).

Suspect a RS485/USB could be to blame? But seems odd that its only happening after Venus OS V3.5?
