Don’t know if the question was raised, but here’s my “problem”, if you can call it this way…
I want to buy another Multi RS for experiments.
I live in Romania and here the Victron equipment prices are quite high.
As a side note, sometime I wonder if it’s not an understanding between dealers to keep prices high…
I’ve found out during my searches that the NKON store prices are reasonable, including shipment to Romania.
Comparing with the smaller price from Romania, NKON price, including shipping, is with about 20% lower/cheaper.
So… Three questions:
- Suppose that I buy from NKON and if something is wrong with the device, do you believe that I will find out “sympathy” and support from the dealers from Romania as warranty is concerned?
- Do you have experience with NKON store as everything is concerned? Trustworthy? Problems shipping abroad? Relationship?..
- Do you know any better alternatives that NKON?

In my opinion yes, as it will help future clients to choose wisely, both products and support.
