Battery Protect BP-60 with DC Gearmotor

I saw that the Battery Protect line has restriction against connecting capacitive loads (eg. Inverter). Is there any restriction with DC motor connection (inductive load)?

Motor is always intended to be running, with the exception of continuous overcast where the battery voltage may drop too low and the BP-60 would disconnect the load.

Trying to understand the suitability of the BP-60 to disconnect/reconnect the DC Gearmotor load when the battery level falls too low, which would allow the batteries to be recharged. In particular if the BP-60 can deal with the back-emf, or if there would be extra protection required.

Specs on the gearmotor: 12V Permanent magnet brushed gear motor, Input HP: 1/15, Full Load Amps: 6.5A
