The screen below will not let me change the times and the alternative interface (old) does not seen to have the appropriate inputs either.
The system also seems to want to have 15 or 30 min changes in tariff
The 15 min/60min is only really important for dynamic pricing but select 15 mins for octopus. If you select the add time range at the bottom and then input start and end time with price for that range. The total of the ranges must be 24hours. Forgot to say you can also select dynamic and input your Octopus account and API key (watch the video on how to get that) just bear in mind that option seems to be broken for a lot of people due to changes in the Octopus API but it might work on Flux
