Anyone can help me to understand how DESS is working ?
I have set 0 EUR cost import tariff in midle day period ( 11:45 to 15:45 ) but sometimes DESS
charges only 90% of the battery. And I need to switch off DESS in
order to fully charge the battery …
In Greenmode, DESS will only charge the amount of energy it assumes to be needed until the end of the current planing horizon.
If 90% are considered enough to cover all needs, it will not charge more than that.
In Trade-Mode, the amount charged would be constraint by the expected profitable sell hours.
