Is it a problem if the phase shift from 123 to 231 for example?

Yes, if the three quattros are programmed 1..2..3 they will only connect to the grid if the sequence is correct.

When programmed a certain way and the phases being supplied have been mixed or rotate the other way, the system will reject it. [This is covered in the manual.]
There is one case where if you have selected floating phases when progamming the ve bus it will allow the connection but return to the correct sequence when it is inverting.
NB this is only advisable if you don’t have actual three phase loads.
