3 phase Multiplus ONLY ONE Grounded

I saw an install today , 3 phase off grid multiplus 2 . The victron distributor /installer only connected one of the 3 multis to ground via ac in ,(Genset )

All are connected to ground on ac out ., which I realize is the same grounding bar that the ac in ground connects to

Thoughts ?

The effort required to connect the other two would be very low. These should already be integrated.
Depending on the supply line, a PE is also connected.

Absolutely agree ,not a big deal to ground them but wondering what the idea behind grounding only one was and what potential problems can be .

Since the supply lines also carry a PE, nothing will happen for the time being.
If no PE is connected to the supply line, the AC In relay test will not work and the network of the 3 MP will not be able to switch to the mains.

The earth is required on all of them to enable the filters to operate. Further, the case potential will rise to half mains potential. A typically non lethal level, but if the case is touched you will get a tingling sensation.
Is that an inline joint in the trunking wrapping in tape?

Got it . No mains it’s a Genset but I understand what your saying

Yes it appears the installer spliced the neutral from the generator to all 3 multis .
