Thank you, the wiring looks good so I’m getting a replacement panel through warranty, will report back once installed to conform this (hopefully) resolved the issue! May take a while as friends are bringing it on their boat..

Changing the panel solved the issue, note the new 305W panels are a bit smaller so mounting was a bit of a hassle.
