I think the next possible problem will be that you require a compatible bit rate - eg: if you have smart batteries (BYD, Pylontech) you have one port set to 500kbps, and maybe the other CAN port for the Victron MPPT at 250kbps… if your other equipment requires a different bit rate, you might have a problem.
