Hello! Using a combination of my own load calculations, a hand-drawn diagram from a friend with automotive electrical (but not Victron products), and lots (and lots) of Googling, I came up with this diagram for my Chevy Express AWD off-grid electrical setup.
Would any experts be willing to critique my work?
Specific Questions:
- Are 40A fuses for the items going into the Lynx distributor adequate?
- Am I correct in my placement of the Blue Sea Battery Switch?
- Does the 300A SmartShunt have the correct notes attached to it?
Context: This LucidApp-created diagram shows the DC electrical build for my 2003 Chevy Express AWD camper van conversion. The system is built around a 12V LiFePO4 house battery charged by 200 W solar array (via Victron MPPT) and alternator (Victron Orion-Tr Smart).
Thanks in advance for
MORE context: I am a complete electrical noobie working on a VERY tight timeline (my housing for May just fell through, so I have to move into my van sooner than expected.)
