I’ve observed that the Multiplus II inverter consistently defaults to “Charge Only” mode and the “Optimized without BatteryLife” ESS profile after a routine power cycle or power outage.
Is this normal behavior? If you’re using the same device, have you encountered this issue as well?
What device do you power cycle? The MultiPlus or the GX device?
The MultiPlus needs to be switched to I not II.

II is “charger-only”.
If the hardware switch is at II you can’t switch it to ON via software.
Is it a MultiPlus GX or do you have a separate GX device?
I have a separate GX device.
The inverter was pre configured by bimblesolar.
How to change it then? Is the only way change the mode is via VE configuration tool?
