Why am I losing comms to my VRM when using the Remote Connection feature?

I’ve updated all the f/w for my Cerbo GX, Lynx Shunt, MPPT, MK3 bus, and Quattro (all Victron devices). I’m able to login to my VRM portal and see all my system’s state and devices.

When I use the Remote Connection feature, I’m able to connect. But the connection drops intermittently and I get this window. What causes it and how can I fix it? Thanks

Same problem here after upgraded my Cerbo GX to 3.64. I am losing remote connection. I tried reset (power off/on) which seems improving the issue. However after a while it comes again unreachable. I still don’t know if this is linked to the VRM portal experiencing issues over the last days.
