I don’t know if you can help but I have bought a recently converted camper that has an Orion-Tr Smart 12 I 12 - 18 fitted. This has recently started to emit a very high pitch ‘whistle’ that I cannot correct ( or tolerate whilst driving! ). Is there anything that you can suggest or is it a faulty unit?
It’s not faulty… You are just unlucky…
It has some different tolerances for some of the internal components and therefore the high frequency harmonics of the internal DC/DC converter can be heard by those with sensitive hearing.
Try to exchange it, if you can, or relocate it.
