Can the Victron 250-70 charge controller handle without damage when lithium phosphate batteries go into low temp protection mode . Thete are not smart lithium batteries no communication cable between batteries and charge controller, is there a special setting I should turn on ?
If you pick the lithium profile from the presets, and then switch on expert mode and edit them it will be ok. It has a low temperature cut off.
What you van add is the BT
In the environment that the battery is installed in do you have concerns about low temperature?
If so then add the smart battery sense and use it for the low cut off with the ve smart network
