I only read english. Is there a way to filter out non-english posts?
You can mute a category, topic or entire section by that small bell.
See below.
For example you can mute the entire Other Languages section.
You may also need to enter to each of its subsections in order to mute them as well…

Yes, Mark the “other language” sections as muted. Top right, bell icon.

Thought the ‘bell’ was only for email notifications.
