As of today, User Teams and Installation Groups have a lot more functionality in VRM:
- The pages for user teams and installation groups are now merged into one Access management page for clear overview
- The overview of user teams clearly states your role in each team as well as the amount of installations linked to the user team
- You can now easily add or remove installations from a team or group through the manage installations menu:
- The installations in a user team are grouped by access level the team or group has on them
- Each user team now has an event log of what has happened to the user team:
As you might know, we will be enforcing 2FA for each VRM user with over 10 installations for security reasons. Using the user teams and groups functionality will make it easier to manage your installations with your colleagues!
