VRM relay alarm no longer working after approx Aug 20

I have a Cerbo GX connected to a BMV-712, with a VRM alarm set when the BMV relay closes. This has worked reliably for many years.

A few days ago I stopped receiving these alarms and when investigating I can see that a new alarm rule was added on the Gateway Relay 1 and the original BMV alarm has been changed. The relay 1 alarm doesn’t appear to do anything.

In VRM when I remove the BMV alarm and recreate it to get back to my past behavior I’m unable to create a Closed state only alarm. It always saves as open state even if I save it with the closed state active.

I was able to get the alarm to be re-created properly if I choose “add alarm in batch”. I haven’t tested that the alarm actually fires but at least it appears correctly in VRM again.

I can reliably reproduce the alarm being created / unable to be saved properly if I choose the “add new alarm rule” (NOT the batch option) when setting an alarm.
