Hi everyone,

Is this a fault with the online system? With this installation, the batteries are only missing from the system overview. (Blue dotted line)
All the other similar ones work normally. The data is reaching the portal, as I can see the batteries above and retrieve all the battery data under “Advanced”. Hopefully my colleague has just pressed a button I don’t know about.

Fixes tried

  • Manually set the battery monitor to Pylontech
  • Updated the Cerbo to 3.80
  • Waited 1 day after the changes

Thanks so much! It was so small on my screen that I completely missed it.

Yes, it’s easy to do that by mistake, and then it’s really hard to spot.
I recently passed this on to the developers too, suggesting they make it a bit more obvious.
