VRM Portal shore line 2 no data

Multiplus-II 12V system. On my Forest River Legacy Class A motor home plugged into 50Amp shore power(verified both lines have 122V) with all A/C loads working correctly, my multiplus-II VRM portal dashboard shows:

Shore

L1 122 V 2.2 A 204 W

L2 0 V 0 A

Line 2 is working as both air conditioners always work, and both sides of my A/C circuit breaker panel is energized.

Any ideas would be helpful. No real issue as everything works, but would like to see Line 2 Data.
