# Logging in to the VRM Portal

Good morning, everyone,

I have a question about logging in to the VRM portal. Whenever I log in, I tick “Stay logged in” or “Remember me”, but every time I visit the site again, I have to log in again. It doesn’t matter whether I use Safari on my Mac, iPhone or iPad—I have to log in again every time, even though I tick the box.

Is anyone else having this problem, and does anyone know how to fix it?

I’d be grateful if someone could help me, as it’s much more convenient not to have to log in every time.

Then it is expected as it removes cookies that are required to maintain a session beyond the current browser connection.

Thanks again for the tip, that’s the solution — it’s been working flawlessly all day now!
