Hello, I have had my system for a year. I just plugged in and turned on the battery switch and solar charger. I have forgotten the VRM password. I have gone through the process of changing my password. Once I enter my new passwords and hit the bar nothing happens. The screen stays on with no action. I get emails with links, but can never change the password. Using an Android phone with the version 15 software. I don’t know what to do?
I figured it out. The software doesn’t come up with a message if the password isn’t long enough. You would think you would get an error message but, no!
Thanks for the report and the follow up solution. I’ve asked the VRM team to have a look at why the password rules aren’t being clearly shown in the UI.

The team tested it and are unable to reproduce the issue.
Could you please provide some more details, screenshots or other info that might help work out what is different in your case?
The password requirements don’t come up on my screen. And if you enter a password that doesn’t meet the requirements it just sits there and does nothing. My phone is a Pixel 7 pro with Android 15.
Could you please take some screenshots, or a even better a screen recording so I can send it to the engineers who cannot reproduce this?
