The van had intermittent data connection over the last few days but has always been up to date until this evening. As shown below known good data isn’t shown and returns a 1520 error when I try to download it.
As can be seen on the home page data is being retrieved from the device in realtime and I can also see the console. However, the installation data also says loading.
Is this a backend database issue for some installations? My second installation is working fine.

Seems to be fixed now!
I’m experiencing some data/logging issues as well on all my installations. Advance tab seems to load forever and trending takes a very long time or doesn’t show at all. Sometimes it is working again as it should, but some time later things aren’t working again.
Having exact the same issues. Trending takes a while, forecast sometimes not showing. Forecast for today is gone, it just shows the actual and finished data, but not what is coming. next day does show forecast. Very strange, not likeable and going on for a few days now.
